Mt. Pleasant had 75 single family detached homes sell during November with an average sales price of $430,704 and median price of $350,000. This was consistent with October sales with a 22% increase in average sales price and a 19.7% increase in median price. The average number of days on market (DOM) was 123 which was a slight improvement over the previous month. On average, homes sold for 95% of the list price. For every home sold, 1.63 homes were newly listed for sale. At the current rate of sale, it would take approximately 14.57 months to deplete home inventory; six months inventory is considered a balanced market.
Park West had the most sales of any Mt. Pleasant neighborhood with 11 sales. Overall, Mt. Pleasant home sales are down over the same time period last year. There are currently 878 single family detached homes listed for sale in Mt. Pleasant.
