There's little good news for home buyers or sellers in Montgomery County, MD for the coming Summer
market for homes for sale in Montgomery County.  The monthly statistics were just released and, by
all accounts, the market is STILL in a trend to lower prices, good news for home buyers.  Homefinders.com

SOLD in Montgomery County June 2007
629 Detached Homes SOLD June 2007 - $753,426
496 Town Homes and Condos SOLD June 2007 - $420,945

Prices for SOLD homes in Montgomery County came down by an average of $5,000 from May to June.

The lowest list price SOLD in Montgomery County in June 2007 was $295,000
The highest list price SOLD in Montgomery County in June 2007 was $5,350,000
The AVERAGE list price SOLD in Montgomery County in June 2007 was $780,025

I have had Localisms featured, but I don't recall if they were market reports or not.  I think they are mostly "About"s.
