JUNE 2007 MARKET REPORT FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MARYLAND

There's little good news for home buyers or sellers in Montgomery County, MD for the coming Summer
market for homes for sale in Montgomery County. The monthly statistics were just released and, by
all accounts, the market is STILL in a trend to lower prices, good news for home buyers. Homefinders.com

496 Town Homes and Condos SOLD June 2007 - $420,945

Prices for SOLD homes in Montgomery County came down by an average of $5,000 from May to June.

The lowest list price SOLD in Montgomery County in June 2007 was $295,000
The highest list price SOLD in Montgomery County in June 2007 was $5,350,000
The AVERAGE list price SOLD in Montgomery County in June 2007 was $780,025

Lenn, this Market Report is very nicely done. You and Rich Jacobson are taking these to a new level and setting the bar for everyone else to follow. If they gave features for Market Reports this would deserve one.

I have had Localisms featured, but I don't recall if they were market reports or not. I think they are mostly "About"s.

Between the photos and the stats...this looks GREAT!! Then the maps...we're back to your infamous maps that are really well done! Excellent for the locals...and the ones who are ready to be "local!"
