The number of homes sold in December increased over November sales with a 9.4% increase in average sales price and a 26.7% increase in median price. The average number of days on market (DOM) increased to 173 over November DOM of 98. On average, homes sold for 92% of the list price. For every home sold in November, 1.55 homes were newly listed for sale. At the current rate of sale, it would take 12.1 months to deplete the inventory of homes; six months inventory is considered a balanced market.
