I was trolling the recent news today on CNN Money and ran across a funny interview with Kathleen Madigan, a hilarious comedian with her comments on the "Subprime Market".

Kathleen Madigan

She discusses her getting involved in Real Estate and how she fell into the trap of getting over your head, and just taking the loan because they will give it to you!

For those of you who don't know Kathleen Madigan, she is a well known comedian who has been on TV shows like Last Comic Standing.  She is a funny funny lady, and it shows that even people who are successful in their craft, can get sucked into Real Estate without the right education.

That's pretty funny and true.  Do you think they will ever get it?

I don't think so, not without help from Mortgage Professionals.  It takes education, and without it, people will be lost.  People just want to get the house, but if they get foreclosed on 8 months down the road, what good will it do.

Thanks for coming by BOB!

I think the excitement of getting all that money makes people crazy too. It  really takes a lot of financial savvy to say no to more than you can afford.

Thanks for the link,

No problem Danielle, I thought it was a great viewing, and just shows how backwards the thinking can be overall!
