1) Safety tips for selling their home FSBO
2) Tips on how to price their home right
3) Reports for them to generate interested buyers (Tips on Financing, School Information, Moving, etc.)

This should be enough to get your creativity going.  Good luck and as I said in Tip 1, every FSBO you talk to is making you rich so just go out and do it.
