I am pleased to announce that Pleasant Point Plantation POA now owns the Golf Club in our neighborhood.  This has been an ongoing project/goal for a little over 2 years, so the news sent a sigh of relief to the homeowners of Pleasant Point.  I applaude all of the people that worked on this project and congratulate them on this accomplishment!  We are getting a COMMUNITY POOL!!

As many of you know that read my blog, we own a building lot on Tuscarora Ave. in Pleasant Point - and used to live in Pleasant Point in a house on Tuscarora Ave. a few years back.  We LOVE this community!  

In an attempt to make sure that as many home and land owners know about the meetings of the POA, I wanted to do a post today to announce the next date will be: TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 9th, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. EST in the Clubhouse.

Also, I wanted to supply a few names and email addresses for some of the Board members (in case you need to contact them through this wonderful transition).
