The Tallahassee Real Estate market is at a low. For potential home owners this is the chance of a lifetime.
Leon County sales totals for single-family detached homes, condos and townhouses in August were 234, up from 225 the same month a year ago.
Although that fact is encouraging, there are still more than 3,000 active real-estate listings in Leon and surrounding counties. That means many months of inventory remain at the current sales rate.
