The U.S. dollar is weak and probably going to get weaker. I have been talking with my extremly intelligent and very rich uncle about where to put my money. So far his picks have done very well since i bought into them. I will list them in case anyone is interested in researching them. Gold, Silver, Uranium, water and Energy.

 the Stock symbols are:

Scott,

Thanks for the tips.  Since you are in to wealth building strategies check this one out it is guaranteed and tax free according to the IRS Tax code 7702 www.infinitebanking.org is not risky at all.  Plus you can loan money to your business and pay it back tax deductiable and the interest is earning tax free!  Cool huh?

Don't forget foreclosed property when seeking investments.  Talk to your broker clients about what they have for you to buy.

In the Midwest, there are many repos that can be bought at 20% or more discount.  There are also plenty of renters.  I am a 20 year investor, and am buying properties and putting them on 15 yr. mortgages.  I have to look hard, but am finding deals which even give a small positive cash flow with 20% down.  I believe that inflation is back and that the government is not being truthful about it.  When it comes back, real estate will be a great investment.  If it stays low, rates should drop, and I can refinance.  Either way, someone else is purchasing great properties for me.  You can't do that with stocks.

For your Realtor readers I say, "physician heal thyself"
