Here is a testimonial from last month's webinar:

Testimonial: “
I am a Realtor in San Diego. Most of what we do is Short Sales and related distressed property transactions. I deal a lot with foreclosure situations. Oscar's foreclosure postponement webinar is first class. The information is immediately applicable, easy to understand and super well presented. I applied what I learned the same week! I highly recommend Oscar's Last Minute Foreclosure Stop Webinar.  It is a must for all real estate professionals. I also took Oscar's Short Sales A-Z course and bought some of his software. It is all great.”

I have a listing on a short sale that has been under contract for 7 long months! It is supposed to go to sale on Feb 10th. I have hired a negotiator but nothing seems to be working! The deal is a little above market value, great qualified buyers, and the sellers left a well cared for home and even left all the appliances! I paid to winterize the thing! I just don't understand. The bank is Litton and we have had nothing but trouble. Supposedly our contact at the bank has 740 files!! He is new, the old one quit!! Don't have to wonder why. We have asked for an extention. Any ideas?? We are all in the frantic stage!

As the foreclosure process is different from State, which state is this webinar geared toward?  Is it non-judical or judical foreclosures?

This sounds like a great idea, but I have to echo Dora and Vincent. Is there anyway that you can arrange for colleagues in different states to present something like this specifically geared for how the foreclosure process works in their particular state?

Active Rain Fans,

Here are my replies to your questions and comments

For Joe Prior:  There is always something to learn.  This in this business the more you learn the more you earn.  Stop foreclosure expertise is very needed this days.

For Corrine Barrington:  I have lost short sales too.  One thing you can do is help the homeowner stay longer for free at the property.  That is a valuable service too.  Just about anything you charge for this is cheaper for the homeowner than to move out and rent a new place.  Learn to Stop foreclosure, this is a good source of income too.

For Jim O'Donnell:  Did the course you took included how to Stop foreclosure?  Who did you take the course from?

For Jenny Kindsfather:  Jenny, stop the foreclosure.  I had similar situation with Litton but with a loan modification.  We postponed them over 9 months.  Then they gave us the mod.  Take the  Stop foreclosure training webinar.   I will have this as a case study.

For Dora and Vincent Kwok and William James Walton:  I am glad you pay attention to things.  Most of what will be presented, about over 90% is applicable to all states.  That is because we will be using the principles of execution of foreclosure sale to make the creditors obligated to Stop foreclosure

I have bought several homes there were scheduled for auction.  At times, property was not pulled from auction until the morning of the auction.  Each time I was able to buy the property.  Your ability to help your clients any way possible will lead to referrals.  Even if it is only buying them several more months in their home while they save money to move.

I just stopped a foreclosure this morning.  About 35 minutes ago.

This is what happened.  We were working a mod for client.  The bank decided to foreclose in the mean time.  I found out about this yesterday at around 4:00pm.  I called the client.  This morning we stopped the foreclosure.  Period.  Now we will continue with the mod and in the mean time get the property in the market.  So I have a satisfied paying client and a listing.  Take the foreclosure stop webinar.  It will be worth your investment.
