Thanks for your post...yes, you are right. Homes start at $1 million and are upward of $5 million. It is truly a one of a kind area because there are over 300 homes in one setting in this comp range and it has terrific amenities that includes a community pool, tennis , gym and clubhouse --- all for residents use.

what street does your family live. Perhaps I know them!

Hello Pam...They are on Heller Court. Built the home in 2004 if my memory serves me right (and unfortunately it doesn't always!).
