I thought it would be interesting to see the number of homes sold in the Williamsburg area during the past decade.  The data is for the number of housing units sold each calendar year begining in the year 2000. The data is for closed sales and is for homes located in the Williamburg Va area with zipcodes 23188, 23185, 23168.

The data that I obtained came from the Williamsburg MLS. The data was for closed sales and included:

1. single family detached residential homes
2. attached residential units such as condos and townhomes
