Typically as soon as we hear the word "Hero" we imagine of someone astonishing with incomparable abilities - you know...somebody who is capable to jump the highest buildings in a single leap. The likelihood is pretty good that I will by no means fall into this type. But here's the cool thing - Realtors make it a habit of using "incredible" powers. The real estate business calls on everyday people - people like you and me - and Realtors accomplish extraordinary things for their buyers or sellers. The lists of amazing with unique abilities are too many to mention.
Helping that first time home buyer get their first house; you the Realtor are helping to break the cycle of five generation of renter in their family, and you thought you had no special powers.
Talking with you sellers till midnight, so they do not feels left out, and still have a husband or wife and family to understand why you spend so much time on the telephone at home, you the Realtor are using inconceivable powers.
What I am declaring is that you accomplish what needs to be done, as soon as it needs
to be done, you do not wait, you do not hesitate, you do not make excuses, you take responsibility.
When opportunity come about you seize it with both hands and do not let go until you've driven it forward!
The ultimate way to put it in plain words the principle of a hero is actually to give you a
comparison of this kind of person.
When you create in your mind somebody from the Elite Special Forces, be it Navy Seals or the Realtor next door, that mind-set of I will make certain that my task is successful, there is no quitting, there is no failing, there is just do it, and succeed.
You the Realtor apply your ethics, morals, and honesty to it, you are in life a hero, and you are in control, and how you play it, announces the end result of a hero.
You save the economy by selling one house at the time.
You the Realtor are what it really means to be a "Hero."

Wow, Carlos, thank you for bringing it home! I have some clients that cry when we have accomplished a very hard closing together. I am with them the whole way. Some send me pictures of their family and grandchildren which I enjoy. And sometimes I am really proud of myself. Thank you for the forum for me to say that to everybody! We agents are awesome! I hope all agents can feel this way. Regards, DavidC
