Hi Sandy, Thanks for the market report in your area, it looks like you still have quite a few cash buyers, there! I love the flamingo, that's a great shot - it doesn't seem like those tiny skinny legs could hold them up!

Hello Sandy. Seeing more properties sold even with lower prices year over year I still think is a good thing. Speaking of flamingos - I love how they fly with the long legs trailing behind.

When we end this year, I will be interested in seeing how the numbers stack up to the previous year! Hopefully they will show improvement!
Mary, We do have a lot of cash buyers in our market right now. I love Flamingos- it is hard to believe they can hold themselves up on their scrawny legs.

Gary, We have seen some stabilization in our area and the lower price range houses are moving quickly.
Irene, These flamingos are fascinating to watch.
