I have been looking to find a robust, all round buyer side website solution and had decided to move forward with one that due to customer service action i would not recommend to anybody i have been looking at Realpo systems and Number1 Expert but am open to listen to others, any ideas?.

Some of the things i am looking for are.

A easy search interface.

Automatic Follow ups.

SEO friendly.

Controlable - Ability to monitor leads

A plus is automatic generation of Craigslist code so i can post regularly.

Built in drip campaigns

I look forward to your suggestions.

Hey Andrew,
"I'm tuned in to this blog for answers myself".

It would be nice to hear some responses on what is working and what doesn't.

Websites can be very costly if spent incorrectly.

Looks like you learned a tough one...I will check out the link you gave,

Thanks,
Tom Davis

I actually use both Real Pro and Number 1.  Both offer there own benefits, I like the Real Pro drip campaign and stealth sites and like the lead generation functions of Number 1.  Number 1 is listing driven in my opinion, if you carry a large inventory of listings, I believe number 1 is what you want.  I never look at these as an expense, they are an investment.

From a customer service standpoint, Real Pro is awesome and number 1 could use some work

I am a huge fan of the Real Pro Systems Gold and Platinum sites.  I am not a fan of Number 1 Expert and many of the Star Agents who were once using Number 1 Expert have been switching to Real Pro Platinum.

They were very big on Market Leader at raincamp. I'm seriously considering making the switch.
