Dear Lisa,

They are not wood, they are stained concrete. They are the most amazing stained concrete floors I have seen, and that is saying something. During my years at the custom builder we did many stained concrete floors in houses priced form 2 million up to 17 million. I have a call in to the owner to find out who did them.

Better late than never I always say... Sunday went well and I picked up a buyer, but they want a one story. I may hold it open again this Sunday. It was a gorgeous day and perfect open house!
