Chicagoland - After the holidays sometimes it can get a little drab in this neck of the woods. Well just remember Summer is already coming and Spring is almost here! When it's really cold - what do you think about to stay warm?
This is very picturesque. Southern California doesn't typically get really cold. It's a little cold out tonite, so if you don't mind, I'll just dream about your lake tonite.
Kimberlly, Nice! Really Nice! That's a beautiful canopy also. I could only dream of living at a place like that
Mykel, Feel free to borrow my lake anytime, thanks for taking a peek.
C Lloyd, That's one of the perks about receiving so much snow; the springs & summers are so green!
Barbara, I do to; sometimes however want to see colors I have not seen in a while. So I think about the lake. Another thing I do, usually in February, I go to the local nursery. In their greenhouses the colors are fantastic. Thanks for stopping by.
Beautiful shot, Kimberly! It looks very serene, there.
When it's really cold, I think about sitting in front of a roaring fire, with a bottle of good wine and my sweetheart!
Mike
Aaah Mike, your making me blush. Have a sip for me, take care and stay warm.
Kimberly,
I think of either hot chocolate and cookies or a nice hot soup. Today, I am thinking tomato or noodle soup.
Gorgeous picture.
Tere
Thanks Tere and I am definitely with you on the hot chocolate and cookies. Mmmm.
I think of sitting in a lounge chair, on a sunny deck of a cruise ship, in the carribean,
I love pictures like you have depicted here. This is looks so peaceful, thank you...
Thanks Paul, this is an actual picture I took of the lake a couple of my family members have cottages and homes on. It's not to far away - just about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Nice for a quick get away.
