Is It Okay To Say NO To Twitter

OF COURSE IT IS!!!  You don't "have" to use Twitter to be successful.  We normally set up Twitter for our clients just so other "things" can simply feed directly into it.  The client never has to even open Twitter unless they are checking profiles of who's following them.

"Tweets" are time consuming and I can certainly think of better things to do with my time!  Twitter, in my opinion, will probably be in the shadow of Facebook by this time next year!  Just like MySpace was so hot for a while, but now it's just a shadow to Facebook and Twitter.

Just my opinion folks!  Feel free to rebuttle!!!

I only do "Hit and Runs" on Twitter. Less is more when you use social media for real estate. No one likes real estate jammed down their throat all the time! :-)

I get followers frequently.  I follow, perhaps, a half-dozen.  But, my time is best spent with people who know me...that is where I get the majority of my business.  Even if it is Active Rain or in person.

Hi Nancy, it's always so interesting to read and learn what/how others are using stuff online.  I'm kind of the reverse from you.  I use Twitter more than FB...  just more my thing.  But I agree, it will be interesting to watch as things grow over the years....

The only thing we can guarantee is that things will keep changing. Something better than FB and Twitter will come along, just like you said about MySpace.
