Very happy to say I had a wonderful weekend and got an accepted contract on a listing. The perfect buyer came along. I love it when a property suits someones needs perfectly. This buyer called my proquest 800 number and I got the email, called him, scheduled appointment for same day, walked him through, he loved the property, wrote the contract, met with the sellers over dinner got an acceptance, boom end of day home sold. Thats my kind of day!
Real estate is still selling, people still need a place to live, so don't give up. With endurance and determination you can survive this economy.
