Stowe Vermont Condo and Townhome Sales - Market Report 2005 through 2009
Stowe, Vermont as a four season resort has many condo/townhome projects. The majority of these properties are owned by second home and vacation home owners. As a result of the real estate bubble in 2005, the stock market crash in 2008, and the recession of 2009, it is not surprising to see a reduction in sales.
