The Market is changing. We know this. Short sales and foreclosures are the name of the game. Home prices are dropping and finding a buyer or seller is getting harder and harder. So why not ask a wise man what to do. Einstein said, “insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” Don't be insane! You got to try something different. First you must find who you are first. You can not advertise something that is not you! Then, you must make it unique and WOW. No one wants to look at the same thing over and over. What sets you apart. Last you must show this to people in what ever means you can, and in different means then before. Because you know those are not working. That is what sets me apart. I am always looking for a new and fun way yo sell a house. If it works I keep it. If it does not I toss it but I must always have a way of knowing if it is working. And there will come a day that that does not work. This is when I must try have new ways that fit the market of that day. The market is changing and so am I. Are you?
