HOW ARE YOU UNIQUE?

By
Real Estate Agent with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers

I was just thinking about all the agents all over the country and was wondering what attracts people to us?  I know we are courteous, polite, kind, provide white glove service to all our clients, and several other gifts that we have.  But what really attracts a person to you?  Is it referrals, coincidence, or just favor? What is it?  Tell me what your particular uniqueness is that makes people call you and use you as their agent.  Just curious.

Sonya - Curious. I was thinking of that very thing again this week. :) I think that it's great to look at ourselves and wonder these things.

From one Sonja to another!! It's our name, girl!! :)

I think you summed it up well. People gravitate to those who are courteous, polite, and kind.  Working hard for their best interests is key!!  Then, when they have a friend who needs a realtor...hopefully, they will pass along our card!

Sonya,

Just be yourself.  Do it out loud.  You'll attract people who like you, and are like you.  Doesn't that sound like a great way to do business?

Sonya,

I strongly agree with your post.  People like to work with people they like and get along with.  In addition, they want to work with someone who is genuinely nice.  You can't teach nice, it's an instinct.  Sure we all have our uniqueness (is that a word) and fine tools of our own personalities, but it comes down to what you stated!  Helping the client achieve their goal of owning a home by you being you.

Nice post.

Sonya:

I am certain that its your personality that attracts a particular type of client.  There have been people I did not fit with and I just referred them to another agent.
