7 Comments on Dallas Highrises and Condos: The Renaissance on Turtle Creek, Market Report for December 2009
Buyers have a lot to choose from.Hope you find qualified buyers for these.Good luck.
Steve: The Renaissance on Turtle Creek looks like it would have some amazing views. Hard to believe there are 51 for sale right now.
Hi Gita... Thanks. Yes, there is a lot of condo inventory right now, but it creates some great buying opportunities and this building is even FHA approved.
Hi Chris Ann... 2 of the units I have listed in the building have downtown skyline views. This property has 604 units, so 51 units is actually OK on a percentage basis since it only represents about 8% of the units.
Steve, You have so many beautiful condos I'm sure your clients have a difficult time choosing between them. I can imagine the views, they must be spectacular.
I was wondering how many total units there were....not bad! Great price range and selection to choose from Steve. No doubt you are the agent for that lucky buyer!
Look at Steve go with those condo's - the Condo King!!!
Steve, Nice article about condo sales in Dallas. Just like a home, condos and townhouse need to be inspected by a professional. Selman Home Inspection performs home inspections for buyers and sellers of condos and townhouses.
