7 Comments on Joomla Content Helpers... (WordPress, too)
We've been trying to get a Joomla web site up for almost a year now. It's not near as easy as we were led to believe it would be.
Lane, after much research and reading your posts I too am too convinced that "dynamic" is the only way to go. I can't see a lot of realtors embracing this platform as they think "just put a website out there" and something may stick.
As for Joomla, I am just trying to get through Wordpress. I don't know if I will ever catch up with this technology cycle.
Jim - What is the issue you are having? I've set up half a dozen sites and it shouldn't take that long.
Tom - It isn't a matter of catching up... Joomla is just a different platform.
Ooops
"As mentioned last time in WordPress and Joomla and Active Rain… oh my!, dynamic websites are the direction the web is going. In order to live in the dynamic website world, you need to produce content."
deleted it by accident from the group. Sorry. Post it back please when you have time. Excellent information about WordPress (and Joomla.)
Maureen - I think I have it back in the group... no worries.
Lane - Wow, it's obvious you know a lot more about this stuff than I do. I will have to do my research to see if I can figure it all out. Just getting going on wordpress, and still have lots of questions on how to do things.
Part of the learning curve. Following your progress, posts on Joomla.
