New listing supply trended upwards for the second consecutive week as new homes in neighbourhoods like Dunbar and Kerrisdale entered the market to satiate what we've come to see as access demand for certain home-styles and areas on the Westside. This past week we witnessed 57 new active detached listing on the Westside (up from 43 new detached listings in the previous period).
