Karen, so glad you invited me to be part of this group, I am going to post this directly to the group - I have an illustration that will give you some sense of what Active Rain can do for you, there is power in the words you are writing, and the time you spend in this environment. 

For a lender, Active Rain is a great communication tool and relationship builder for the real estate agents that we work with, I always try to write my posts on mortgage lending in bullet points and what would be good for an agent to know. 

To give you an idea of what Active Rain has done for me its simple go to google, and do a couple of searches -

type in Missouri Loan officer

type in Missouri Bond Loan program -

and then watch the rain!

PS I recently also made a decision to leave my current employer, switching from one bank to another in less than a day i had my new information on the old blog and changed my contact information thus communicating with everyone here that I had found a new home.

Hi Darren, Thanks for posting this (I do want to mention, though, if you post directly to a group, the post does not appear anyplace else:(   I am glad to hear that AR worked for you and I agree about when you may have to transfer to another place, you are still taking the brand that you worked hard for, with you. You would hate it if you searched those words and your old place of employment came up.

Yeah, I got the message that it would only post to the group but the group can see it correct?  I mean each member?  I can copy  this in my blog if there is an advantage to doing that - at least we may get some more members in the Power of active rain group,.
