Michael - We had to wait for just the right day to snap this picture since we've been having so many storms lately, but it was worth it. When this house was appraised in 2008, it appraised for over $1 million, but has since, as an REO, has fallen into a tad bit of disrepair with deferred maintenance. The bank has elected to do much of the work needed to repair the property and get it move-in ready, with the exception of a kitchen and bath remodel.

I'm sure with the right person buying it, and some investment to remodel the kitchens and baths, this property will quickly see significant appreciation once again.
