This really is a great deal! The unit 2 doors down just sold at $198,000 and the neighborhing unit is $195,000! This place is clean and ready to move in! I am so excited. It is also my very first REO assignment. I am looking forward to specializing in REOs and this was a great one for my first!

I know how difficult it is to get great photos of a vacant home too Kaire and this listing certainly has some great photos! Hope it helps get buyers to snap it up!
