I have the privilege of selling real estate in Scottsdale, where I grew up and have always been amazed at the sprawling homes and all of the horse properties...now things are changing and I am so excited about where Scottsdale is moving...
I was privileged to tour three of the new loft developments in the downtown Scottsdale area. I have to tell you that the first place we came to stood on what used to be Scottsdale High School, my husbands alma mater - the Third Avenue lofts are gorgeous, what a different way of life here in the Southwest. The West Most Western Town is getting Urban right in front of our eyes. As you enter the lobby area, you are greeted by a very friendly concierge with loads of information about the property as well as the surrounding amenities. This unique loft has 18 foot ceilings that are only available on the 4th floor. Desirable downtown Scottsdale location! You gotta see this place!
Next stop on my tour was the Lofts at Optima Camelview, ok I'll get a little reminiscent and let you know that this location was the home of a great friend from school. Yes, this used to be a family neighborhood, very fun place to hang out when I was a kid. But as I walked around the property, I was so pleased. It's cool and hip and you gotta check it out.
The last stop on my tour was that of the Main Street Plaza, located in downtown on Main and Goldwater. I remember hanging out in the downtown area riding our bikes up and down the streets in the heat of summer, just didn't seem so hot back then. I was so impressed by the Concierge as you enter the building, what a safe environment. Please don't just think this place is like the others - visit, you won't be disappointed.
I wouldn't just take my word for it, call and let us show you one of these beautiful lofts, right in the heart of Scottsdale. The Urban lifestyle is something that I wouldn't mind entertaining.
