REFERRALS ARE THE BEST RESOURCE IN BUSINESS
I have always believed in networking with other people because it comes natural to me. People need to be with people. So, I have developed a local network here in Phoenix, Arizona, with professionals that represent different industries so we can all refer clients to one another at no charge. I have many people wanting to give me referral fees. I say no because that fee would just be passed on to the client. The purpose is to keep the clients within the network so they bring other people in that need our services. We have to think the big picture. However, few people are able to see the big picture.
I check my Email every morning at about 4AM before I start my social media practice. I received the following Email below"
Hope all is well with you. We are doing great. We are hoping that you you'll be able to recommend someone from your team who is a tax preparer. We plan to continue to obtain real estate in the future as our resources will allow and we fiqure we need to start using a tax preparer who is knowledgable of real estate matters.

It took me less than one minute to respond to this Email to recommend my CPA who loves real estate. Many CPAs do not know all the write offs when it comes to real estate. Paul has been in my circle of friends for about two years. He is a local CPA that knows his job. The couple the emailed me has been my clients for over two years since we first met from listening to my radio show. That is how much they trust me.
Be the Beacon of Light in your local community. Assemble a one stop shop for people to invest in real estate. Then, you will become the local guru or go to person when people want to invest in real. Finally, you can start your own local radio show on real estate. I did and it was the best thing for me.
