I stumbled upon an interesting site today.  I thought I'd post if for everyone as this may come in handy when you need to get an actual human on the phone.  I know there are a few times when I tried calling a "customer service" line, when all it really was, was an automated system.  Don't you hate the ones where you have to speak your answers and they say "I'm sorry, I don't recognize your response." LOL...

Anyway, the site is gethuman.com.  It has ratings for the numbers provided to let you know whether or not the number is reliable.  In addition, it also gives you the average wait time.  Who knows it might come in handy for you some day!

Great site, Chanda, although I almost always find success with continuously hitting "0" at the voice prompt.  It usually gets you to someone.  Also if you say nothing or do nothing it often puts you through.  I almost never use the voice prompts, especially when they come back and say "I'm sorry, I didn't get that"... so annoying.
