This has nothing to do with real estate. Breyer's Triple Chocolate ice cream is THE BEST I have ever eaten. I'm certain it's not good for you, but it is good to you. If you like ice cream and you like chocolate, give this a try. This is totally unsolicited.

Kerry..."this has nothing to do with Real Estate." ...are you certain; can't you just see the client meet with cones of or for the purists--dishes of chocolate-TRIPLE-ICE CREAM from Bryers ! Besides, I thought that one of their ads stated that Bryers IS healthy.  [How could chocolate, dark & milk, Milk, eggs, other natural items and of course sugar NOT be good for you] everything in moderation--Simply don't eat anything else that day and enjoy a chocolate fix.  Sounds good to me. LOL [no calories in typing, dreaming, & drooling about Chocolate Ice Cream}
Rather read anything other than the race in MA that will change the known world--didn't that already happen in Nov. '09>
