Back To Work! Sunny Days in Myrtle Beach…

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Eagle Realty

Holiday weekend over (except for my 6 year old son Julian who has quite the extended holiday vacation from school this past weekend 4 days off (and a half day friday!!!)...it's like spring break early. We never had that growing up.

Coming from the snowy mountains of NC...though it was pleasant temperatures while we were there at sugar mountain...we hit Myrtle Beach with a nice Sunny 65 degrees spell hitting the beach. And plenty of the same today.

You can't beat the beach weather in the winter. Of course it will turn cold again at some point, but let's live for today. Real Estate in some ways is the same. We can't predict the future as your Realtor, and we don't want to dwell in the past either with the "would've could've" mentality. But in the now we as your expert Realtors at Eagle Realty can help you live in the NOW. What is the best and most intelligent decision in a real estate purchase today? That's what we are here for, so make a call or email today and seize the opportunity! www.EagleRealtySC.com

Chris...you are so right on the vacation-time-for-today's-kids; I have learned that I taught in the wrong districts; we were lucky to have school cancelled when heavy snow fell. AND I am in the same county in Michigan [ though the 1 district was in a neighboring county--close by ]; AND, being here in Michigan-- really to hear about the snow in the mountains in NC does not cause my sympathy genes to rev up --the mountains always have snow; it is beautiful; it is a reflection of God's glory; it is wonderful UP There. Not too many hills here in Michigan's lower Peninsula that could even be called  foot-hills. We have a younger family member in NC  Morehead City--Christmas cards this year--the kids were decked out in mittens, scarves & winter jackets--didn't see much snow in the background.
Really--not too much snow for us so far, but when the Jan thaw is 35-39* then you get the idea.
Enjoy your usually, warm weather. Prosperous 2010 to you & yours.
