I am glad to hear that you were given a presentaion by a home stager. I am a certified home sager and it does my heart good to know that my industry is recognized as an important part of the home selling process.
Sounds as if you and the other 3998 had a great time at this convention party.
Al and Peggy - I look forward to hearing more about what you learned at Kickstart. Maybe I'll hear more about it later today from Richard during lunch.
Hi Al & Peggy, I am so glad you had a good time and learned so many things...
HOWEVER... .must you leave me hanging? What is THE color choice, if blue is out? Inquiring minds want to know!
Shelly, Home stagers were given a huge push at this event
It was a great time Don, our heads are spinning once again.
Hey Marc, have to sort through all the notes now. You will enjoy Richard at your HOT lunch !! :)
Warm neutrals are the ones they told us Andrea! We were hoping for EXACT shades but that was all we got. They pointed out blue turns buyers off even in washrooms and pink was the other colour mentioned. Where are the drop sheets and paint brushes LOL
Al & Peggy, It sounds like you had a great time! And came home with a lot of information; I'm glad you enjoyed the day and learned so much.
AL & Peggy Good Luck in 2010 !!
We did Carole, now to implement some LOL!
Thanks Carl, all the best to you in 2010 as well, after all it is a 10!
How interesting that you've been to South Carolina and Florida recently and then you have a huge real estate convention in your own backyard. Don't forget to take pictures of all the winter and early spring flowers. That's what I remember most about Canada is all the daffodils, crocuses, tulips, etc. Well, that and standing on glass at the CN Tower and looking down.
