IMPORTANT INFO for FIRST TIME HOME BUYER CREDIT

This is important information for those first time home buyers who are attempting to use the credit. Apparently when congress extended the tax credit the rules changed. The IRS is reporting that delays in the area of FOUR months or more to recieve your credit. Additionally, there is no more e-fileing , filers will now have to mail in the paper forms, whick will slow the process dramatically.

This is not the fault of the IRS however, the changes were promted because people were scamming the system. So once again the majority of honest people are paying the price for the dishonest few. A sad state of affairs...
