Hoopnotica. You heard it right. It is being offered tonight at Ekam Yoga Center in Atascocita. Apparently Hoopnotica is the latest in fitness activities. It is a combination of hoola hoops & belly dancing. Hoopnotica strengthens your hips & shoulders while you're working your core. Tonight (January 20) is a free demo class.

Hi Susan, I will be opposite of Tammy, I used to be able to Hula Hoop - my last feeble try with my grandkids hoop left me whining that the hoop was too light --- but I really am not good at yoga, I thought it would be easy but it's not. :-) Hoopnotica sounds like fun though!
