This cute Crown Hill Seattle bungalow is hitting the market today. The living room has great natural light and features hardwood floors.

Here is the "before staging" photo of the living room. Would potential homebuyers searching the internet see this as a charming space to come home to at the end of the day? Would they be able to picture a comfortable furniture arrangement? Would they fall in love with this house? Maybe...

Hey Diana, The living room looks so good now! We are constantly telling homeowners (and Realtors) that when smallish rooms are empty, people start second guessing what can fit. If you show them, then they have something to refer to. Drives me crazy when people leave rooms empty thinking they are helping the situation.
