Hi Maureen... OH MY! I love Indian food. I just love the seasonings and spices. I love paneer. I love tandori chicken. I love malagatawny soup. YUM! Now I am so hungry... Chutnys sounds GREAT. I wonder if they have a reataurant in Dallas too! :)
I am sure this is one of a kind, mom and pop.
They have malagatawny soup on the menu. I have only had that once and it was home made.
I blog about Indian food so much I had a "lead" earlier this week from a man out of town who was looking to lease space for an Indian restaurant. I don't do commercial. I referred him to a commercial office (a Real Living franchise.) He had been to one of the restaurants I've blogged about here.
I just wonder why I have never noticed dosas in Indian restaurants before.
Just got back from Chutny's. Awesome and most authentic indian food i've ever had in Columbus, OH. Originally from South India, i have lived in Columbus 10+ years. The Fish Pulusu and Chicken Chettinad were my favourite. Chicken Biriyani was good too. Priced very reasonable for a buffet at $8.49. Overall the food was real hot for me, I was really sweating. I would definitely recommend this place to those who want to get a taste of real indian food.
Thanks!!!
