Obama's View On Massachusetts

The Obama Administration wants to play the blame game.  Not take responsibilty for their own failures.

The administration is engaged in a never ending stream of emails on every issue it it's agenda.  Emails designed to sway opinion and votes.

Looks like the Patriots of this country have gotten wise to the tactic.  Like those boring TV commercials that interrupt Jack Bauer at a cliff hanger moment.  Obama is being tuned out.

Great Job Mass!  You have shaken this corrupt administration to their core.

Just received this email from the Obama camp. It seems they still just don't get the message - they still like to play the blame game -

It is not Obama's ideaology of socialism in America - it is just that America is not ready for the change - we are just too stubborn to see he has our best interest in mind - and we are disappointing him -

He says he wants to create new jobs - how long does it take for that Mr. President? You took $750,000,000,000 (that's billion) of American tax payer money in the Stimulus Plan you promised that would save jobs and create new ones...another empty promise...another scare tactic?

 - remember?

You promised that if your Stimulus Plan was passed - and you rammed that one down our throats too - that the unemployment rate would not rise above 8.5% - well, its above 10% now - and some say its about 17% if you take other things in account which your fuzzy math never does -

Mr Pesident - we spoke to you yesterday - and you write this silly letter -

Blaming others for your failure - when are you going to get it? When are you going to take responsibility for your own actions - and stop blaming others?

When President Reagan was elected - unemployment was over 12% - inflation was out of control - gas prices were through the roof - interest rates were at 18% to buy a home -

Did he complain that he inherited this? No, he just went about lowering taxes - helping corporations create job - not demonizing them - and raising corporate taxes -

You see - Reagan had a plan - he didn't play the blame game -

This is getting old - Obama - you are seeing America is tired of the blame game - you better see that raising taxes and demonizing the very people who are going to help you create jobs is not a very good idea -

Ask your friend, Jimmy Carter -

Nicholas --

Yesterday's disappointing election results show deep discontent with the pace of change. I know the OFA community and the President share that frustration.

We also saw what we knew to be true all along: Any change worth making is hard and will be fought at every turn. While it doesn't take away the sting of this loss, there is no road to real change without setbacks along the way.

We could have simply sought to do things that were easy, that wouldn't stir up controversy. But changes that aren't controversial rarely solve the problem.

Our country continues to face the same fundamental challenges it faced yesterday. Our health care system still needs reform. Wall Street still needs to be held accountable. We still need to create good jobs. And we still need to continue building a clean energy economy.

The President isn't walking away from these challenges. In fact, his determination and resolve are only stronger. We must match that commitment with our own.

But it won't be easy. Real change never is. For that reason, I am grateful you're part of this fight with us.

Thank you,

Mitch

Think of the state workers in MA leading up to that election. How many hours on tax payer time did the local state house workers have to put in to this campaign for Senate seat and the effect it had on their regular job performance. Then multiple that around the country by all the electrions in every state, city, town, county. And then whoever gets elected owing a favor, a political plum to one of those supporters...not necessarily the best person for the job but person who helped get so and so elected. What faith in getting government from within from the top to fix anything like a business is run, within spending limits like you and I do in our households?

Andrew, what is encouraging is that a man with lots of handwritten signs, and an old pick up truck defeated the big money machine.  Scott Brown did not have a huge war chest.  He ran an old fashioned shoe leather campaign.

I have faith that good people will come forward to serve.  We do not need career politicians.  Power just corrupts as we have seen.

The unmitigated gall, the arrogance, the audacity of the Obama Administration to send such an email.  They simply need to be kicked out and start fresh with a patriot who cares about this country and the consititution that our forefathers ordained.

I AM SO PROUD OF MASSACHUSETTS!!!

I saw an interview he did this morning and he seems like an interesting person. I'm sure there are a lot of mixed emotions about his election.
