"Isn't it amazing how a doctor can listen to the symptoms and then accurately diagnose what is ailing you? Well, if you are in sales you should be able to do the same. Listen to what your customers are telling you and it will tell you where you are going wrong in your presentation." -- Ron White

"Know what you sell in terms of the customer. They don't care about your product or service, they care how your product or service is used to benefit them. Are you telling them in terms of them or you?" --   Jeffrey Gitomer

"Now, if you want to get rich, you have only to produce a product or service that will give peoplSocratese greater use value than the price you charge for it. How rich you get will be determined by the number of people to whom you can sell the product or service." --  Earl Nightingale

"The selling process is a two-part sequence. First, you must educate yourself. Then, you must educate your client." -- Tom Hopkins

"Have confidence in your decisions. Make them expeditiously, and stay with them as long as you believe you are correct no matter what others say. However, when you conclude you were in error, do not hesitate to announce the error publicly and change course." -- Edward J. Kock

"People begin to become successful the minute they decide to be." -- Harvey Mackay

"Choice determines direction...Decision determines destiny...." -- Doug Firebaugh

"Stay committed to your decisions, but stay flexible in your approach." -- Anthony Robbins

"The key that unlocks energy is desire. It's also the key to a long and interesting life. If we expect to create any drive, any real force within ourselves, we have to get excited." -- Earl Nightingale

"The starting point of all achievement is desire. Keep this constantly in mind. Weak desire brings weak results, just as a small amount of fire makes a small amount of heat." -- Napoleon Hill

"Let us not be content to wait and see what will happen, but give us the determination to make the right things happen." -- Peter Marshall

"You can accomplish virtually anything if you want it badly enough and if you are willing to work long enough and hard enough." -- Brian Tracy

"Wealth is nothing more than a refusal to listen to broke people...and refusal to talk their language...and refusal to end up the refuse of life..." -- Doug Firebaugh

"Being defeated is often a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it permanent." -- Maryilyn vos Savant

"When someone tells me there is only one way to do things, it always lights a fire under my butt. My instant reaction is, "I'm going to prove you wrong!" -- Picabo Street

"In the depths of winter I finally learned there was in me an invincible summer." -- Albert Camus

Tony, what an awesome collection of quotes.  I loved them.  I've been a fan of Marilyn vos Savant for a while.  Loved what she had to say in this one.  Keep inspiring us!

Tony... I love quotes and did a whole quote blog back in November?   I like the Anthony Robbins quote, "Stay committed to your decisions, but stay flexible in your approach." How true is that one, especially in our business.
