The importance of keeping on!

By

Good morning! The weather up here has been incredibly mild. Sorry California. You can have our rain!

I was thinking yesterday about the importance of keeping on. I would be the first to admit that this new year hasn't quite started the way I thought it might. What with changes to the Good Faith Estimate and underwriting being tighter than ever, it's been a challenge.

The good news is there are always good things happening out there. Yesterday I had two very productive conversations with lenders who might be able to help my clients with projects; one is a biggie-$14 million for a built green development. The kicker is both people were knowledgeable and pleasant. I look forward to building relationships with both.

I then got to treat a great friend of mine to lunch. I learn so much from her. She is always sunny and I know great things are in store for her. The moral of the story is to keep on keeping on! Today my day is full of networking and phone calls to clients and prospects. In a little bit, I'm going to kick it off with a great workout. What about you? How is your life? What does your day look like today? I wish you all the best always! Take care.

Ha! That's funny. I blogged today about mortgage lenders deserving admiration because they keep on keeping on, just like you, Paul. :) Kate

Hi Paul, I'd like to pass on a blog post I just came across that might inspire the folks at the green developments we've discussed, this post was written by Gloria: http://activerain.com/blogsview/1445942/swarthmore-pennsylvania-is-an-epa-green-power-community- and has some good links inside. Take care.
