Or whatever you believe in! Some of you may have read my post about a week ago about me suggesting that a set of my clients take their home off the market for awhile. Their log cabin in Tonganoxie, Kansas is adorable, but is a very unique property. I still thought that maybe if they took it off the market and did some repairs and let the listing reset it would help them.
This would have hurt me right now, but would have helped them in the long run. No sooner had I made the decision to recommend they take a break after nearly 200 days.... WE GOT AN OFFER and they accepted!!!
God is good! I'm just soooo happy for them. They are an elderly couple and the man has recently had to have a kidney removed. The stress of a big mortgage payment lifted from his shoulders is only going to help speed his recovery. I never fail to be surprised in this business!
