HUD link to qualifying conditions on FHA Flipping Waiver (effective February 1, 2010)

If you buy or sell a property in the coming year, the new information regarding FHA and flipping may be of interest to you.

The new FHA waiver of the 90-day Flipping Rule has several conditions that you should be aware of.
