Last night, We held the monthly #NWITweetup at Buffalo Wild Wings in Portage, Indiana. I really do not know where to start. The staff and management were incredible to say the least.
I got there early and the waitress remembered me from the day before and knew right away what I liked to drink. We were given free appetizers as the early crowd trickled in.
We had many new faces there as it was the first #nwitweetup of 2010. I am a little scared that the bar has been set high for the rest of the year. There was more networking at this Tweetup as we take it in a new direction to make it more of networking/social gathering.
Truly, taking the online – offline. One new comer told me that he felt there was more business to business networking being done there last night as compared to other local networking groups that meet weekly. We were expecting nearly 60, but as NW Indiana is NW Indiana weather did creep up and put a slight damper on attendance.
Again, I want to thank the Staff and Management of Buffalo Wild Wings in Portage. They have a great menu with more than just chicken wings and a full bar. Take out orders are available as well.
