Pinal County Arizona held a ribbon cutting on June 27th at the county's new Pinal County Citizen's Contact Center. This center is designed to help direct citizen's calls more efficiently to the county departments they are attempting to reach. Because of the explosive growth of Pinal County Arizona over the past five years, incoming calls to Pinal County have increased 15% to more than 250,000 calls monthly. Already in Arizona, Maricopa and Pima counties have similar communication systems that are proving to be efficient. The new Pinal county system will help people get in touch with the proper people that they need much faster.
