I got a great new listing thanks to advertising on Craigslist. I'm sure most agents on AR take advantage of Craigslist already but for any newbies out there not using it, you must give it a try!

Sandy, I have a web site with Point2 that makes it very easy to post on Craigslist and looks very professional. I've gotten a lot of business this way.
