Just found out that my modification was declined---Need to do a short sale. I live and work in Fontana, but willling to move as far as Beaumont and almost any place in between. I am aware that no bank will give a loan, so I will be using my 401K and pay cash. (can I do this before my present houseis placed for short sale/foreclosure?).
