REALTOR EXPERIENCE...WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
As I reflect back about my time in the real estate business, I am reminded of events and happenings in that first year. Those experiences have helped me to become the Realtor I am today. I would never want to go back to day one or even year one in business. Experience has a lot to say about someone.
I have learned so much over the last few years and am continuing to learn new things. It's
nice to be a resource for my clients. I have knowledge on HOA's, how much transfer and disclosure fees usually are, home warranties, shake roofs, average cost of home owner's insurance, termite tunnels, heat pumps, etched laminate, vaulted ceilings, panel doors, SPDS, BINSR's, and so much much more. I take pride in being able to walk into a home and look for signs that may become problems later in the transaction. It is impossible to know everything, but it's important to know where to go for the answers.
