You are so right! When I started in the RE business It wasn't going too well. I prayed to GOD to just give me "my daily bread's worth of business" to "allow me to help others achieve their dreams".

Well the phone started ringing shortly thereafter and the clients has always been there for me. I've never really done any marketing. The first year I did about $60k and the 2nd year I did about $150K. I could've netted more but I discount my listing commissions and I give Buyers money back at closing.

It is great to find a BROTHER in Christ here.  We may be the minority, but we are not alone.
