I just just went on a  Home Marketing Tour yesterday hosted by Countrywide Mortgage and Fidelity Title in Gilbert, AZ 85296.  This isn't my first one, as a matter of fact, I have done several in the last year.  This is a great market to get feedback on:

  • Cleanliness
  • Price
  • Upgrades
  • Marketability

The tour consists of approximately 8 homes and their real estate representative to get the feedback.  We talk about ways to improve the listings with regard to the items above and more...  I have even received future showings on my listings because one of the agents had a client interested.  The home I showed yesterday is in Cortina subdivision in Queen Creek, Arizona.  I wasn't looking for much feedback on the home because I know it is a great value; I was looking for potential buyers the agents may know.  One agent was working with an investor that may be interested. That would be great.  Unfortunately, we don't have much time because the home goes to foreclosure in a month.

If you haven't done a home tour I strongly recommend you go and get feedback you can use or show your sellers.  It has proven to be a great way to network and make your listing the best it can be.
