How To Edit The 'For Sale' Status Of A Property On Zillow

I just got off the phone with a woman who couldn't figure out how to take a property she had sold off of Zillow. So I thought I'd do a quick video on the subject in case anyone else was having a similar problem.

So that is how you remove your own listings. One thing I should have added to the video is, if you ever see a property, that may not be yours, still online when it should not be - flag it! There is are light gray flags all over the site. Click this and describe the issue. Doing so triggers an email to our Customer Service team.

Ken - Hmmm, that is a whole different blog post! :) We've actually worked with some of partner Brokers who send calls into call centers, to monitor and better train them on how to answer such call. It was very eye opening for all involved, as the answer to your question was most likely no.

Sara - As usual, great info ! We may have several that need to be removed : ) . Will keep this for future resource although recently since we have a full time virtual assistant, we have less outdated info out there. I think we have run into problems in the past when we enhance or add a listing and then there was already one existing from the MLS feed and then it gets confusing as one might show a price reduction and one does not and so forth. Hope all is well ! Did not get a chance to say hello to you at Real Estate Connect. Was great being there !
